A lemon's spread

  • Squeeze the lemons and grate till you get the zest
  • Melt the margarine in a pan. Add the sugar, the zest and the lemon juice. Incorporate the eggs one by one and let it thinken through a low heat, while keep on stirring.
  • Pour the spread in a pot. Keep it in a cool spot and then put it in a refrigerator.
