Vegetable fats: palm kernel fat 35-37°C

The refined ester oil is of 100% vegetable origin, with a melting point between 35 and 37°C. The main supplier is the oil refinery Cevital Agro-industry.
Uses
Palm kernel fat is specially developed for the manufacture of chocolates, thanks to its behavior and composition very similar to those of cocoa butter.
Conditioning
Palm kernel fat 35-37 is packaged in 20Kg boxes, with a polypropylene bag, the product is automatically dosed, transported on conveyors to the automatic cartoner, the boxes are then conveyed in automatic palletization.
Storage conditions and shelf life
  • Recommended storage conditions: Store in a cool place (temperature between 15"C to 25"C). Protect the product from light, in a clean and dry place.
  • The optimal use-by date (DLUO): 12 months after the date of manufacture.
  • Distribution method
    The distribution (transport) is done by clean covered trucks to the regional delivery centers (CLR) for the period from: November 01 to May 15. If the outside temperature is close to the melting point of the product, i.e. above 30C°; the distribution must be done by refrigerated cells with establishment of a request for derogation. Distribution or cold transport is done by own refrigerated cells during the period from May 15th to November 1st.
    Certificates
    Our vegetable fat is certified ISO 22000 version 2018, ISO 9001 version 2015, ISO 45001 version 2018 and FSSC 22000 V5.1.
