You need
  • 125g of flour,
  • 2 eggs,
  • ½ sachet of yeast,
  • 75g sugar, milk, vanilla
  • 120g Fleurial margarine
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C

Preparation

In a bowl, whisk together the melted Fleurial margarine and the sugar. Add the eggs one at a time and whisk. Add flour, baking powder and mix. Add the milk and mix again. Spread in a muffin mold lined with paper cases or in a silicone mold. Bake for about twenty minutes. Cool on a wire rack before adding the frosting of your choice.
