Algerian Mini Cocas

  • 300 g flour
  • 100 g "Tendre Gourmand de Cevital" butter
  • 1/2 glass of water
  • 1 egg
  • For the stuffing:
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 1 handful grated cheese
  • 5 drops of tabasco
  • Salt, pepper
  • Olive oil « Fleurial Oil »


  • Prepare your dough: in the bowl of your food processor, mix all the ingredients (flour, butter, egg and water) until you get a homogeneous ball.
  • Wrap in foil and let cool for 1 hour.
  • Meanwhile, prepare your stuffing: chop the onions and garlic, wash and seed the peppers and tomatoes and cut them into thin strips.
  • Pan fry with a little olive oil, salt, pepper and tabasco for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • After cooking, remove from the heat and let cool for 15 minutes before adding the chopped capers and grated cheese.
  • Lower your dough on a floured work surface and then, using a cookie cutter, cut it into a 10 cm diameter circle.
  • To finish: In the middle of each dough circle, place a little stuffing and fold well, solder the edges. Bake your mini cucumbers in a 200°C oven for 25 minutes.
