  • 120 g Skor Cevital white sugar
  • 120g Skor Cevital brown sugar
  • 250g of flour
  • 1/2 bag of baking powder (5 g)
  • 1 egg
  • 125g Fleurial margarine
  • 100g chocolate chips
  • Elio oil for frying

Preparation

 
  1. In a salad bowl, mix the two sugars, the flour and the yeast. Add the beaten egg and melted butter, then the chocolate chips.
  2. Reserve the dough for a moment in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat your oven to thermostat 7 (200°C, 400°F).
  4. With a teaspoon, take doses of dough and shape small cookies on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper, leaving at least 4 cm of space between them.
  5. Bake in oven thermostat 7 (200°C) for about 12 min.
  6. Let the cookies cool before removing them from the sheet of paper.
