Ingredients
- 230g dark chocolate
 - 175g melted margarine
 - 355g of Skor Cevital white sugar
 - 2 eggs
 - 2 teaspoons vanilla
 - 200g all-purpose flour
 - 65g cocoa powder
 - 1 teaspoon of salt
 
Preparation
-  Preheat the oven to 180°C.
 -  Cut the chocolate into pieces. Melt half, and reserve the other half for later.
 -  Combine the margarine and sugar, then beat the eggs and vanilla for 1-2 minutes, until the mixture becomes thick and light in color.
 -  Whisk reserved melted chocolate. Make sure the chocolate is not too hot or the eggs will cook. Then add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
 -  Add the dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients. Be careful not to overmix, as this will give a texture closer to the cake than the brownie.
 -  Add the chocolate pieces, then transfer the dough to a square dish covered with baking paper.
 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, depending on your desired doneness for your brownie, then let cool completely.
 -  Cut, and serve with a good glass of fresh milk!
