  • In a bowl mix the flour, salt, Fleurial oil, egg, yeast, Skor Cevital white sugar, then gradually add the milk while kneading the dough, until it is soft and homogeneous.
  • Cover with a clean and damp cloth or food film.
  • Let double volume for 1h.
The sauce :
  • Immerse the tomatoes in a saucepan filled with water and put on the fire until boiling. ‎‎
  • Remove and peel the tomatoes then mix them. ‎
  • Put the tomato puree in a saucepan, add a little Fleurial oil, salt, pepper and a little herbs de Provence. ‎
  • Leave to cook for around 10 minutes. ‎Remove from heat and allow to cool. ‎
  • Drain the mushrooms. ‎
  • In a skillet, heat a little Fleurial margarine with the grated garlic clove.
  • Add the mushrooms and sauté.

  • Roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured surface. ‎
  • Arrange the melted cheese around the edges using a piping bag to make it easier for you. ‎
  • Fold the sides of the dough over the cheese and press well with your fingers to prevent the cheese from overflowing.
  • Spread the sauce over the pizza dough. ‎
  • Arrange the mushrooms and the sliced peppers. ‎ ‎Add olives of your choice.
  • Bake at 240°C in a preheated oven for around 15 minutes.‎
  • Remove once the edges begin to color.‎
  • Immediately add the grated cheese over the entire surface and enjoy. ‎


  • To lighten the texture of melted cheese, work it with a mixer with a little milk.
  • For faster rising and a lighter dough, replace the milk with whey or curd. ‎
  • ‎To have a very light pizza dough،‎ prepare it 24 hours in advance and let it rest in the fridge. ‎
  • You can add powdered milk to the batter and replace the milk with lukewarm water. ‎
