Ingredients
- 6 slices of bread
- 6 slices of smoked chicken pâté
- 3 eggs
- 15 cl liquid fresh cream
- Salt, pepper, parsley
- Grated cheese
Preparation
- Using a cookie cutter, cut out rounds of bread to get only the soft core.
- Butter a mold the bottom of a large madeleine mold, place the slice of bread, lining the bottom of the mold as for a quiche.
- Cut the slices of pâté into small dice and place a handful in each mold
- Beat the eggs with the fresh cream. Add salt and pepper and chopped parsley
- Pour the mixture into each mini mold and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Once cooked, let cool for 5 minutes then unmold.
