Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bread
  • 6 slices of smoked chicken pâté
  • 3 eggs
  • 15 cl liquid fresh cream
  • Salt, pepper, parsley
  • Grated cheese

Preparation

  • Using a cookie cutter, cut out rounds of bread to get only the soft core.
  • Butter a mold the bottom of a large madeleine mold, place the slice of bread, lining the bottom of the mold as for a quiche.
  • Cut the slices of pâté into small dice and place a handful in each mold
  • Beat the eggs with the fresh cream. Add salt and pepper and chopped parsley
  • Pour the mixture into each mini mold and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Once cooked, let cool for 5 minutes then unmold.
